The Exhibit 300 is a component of SBA’s total performance budget justification. It is a one-stop document for “major” IT investments that addresses significant capital programming and management related issues; such as the business case for the investment, security reporting, Clinger Cohen Act implementation, E-Gov Act implementation, Government Paperwork Elimination Act implementation, agency’s modernization efforts, and overall project (investment) management.
